Adding Participants

What are participants?

Participants are organisations that undertake specific roles at various stages of a project. Listed Participants should be organisations and not individuals.

Adding a participant

Add participants to your project so you can assign their organisations to roles, tasks and deliverables throughout the stages.

  • Step 1: Click the "Participants" button.

  • Step 2: Type the participants name in the "organisation name" field and click the "Add" button.

Editing a participant

  • Step 1: Hover over the participant and click the edit icon.

  • Step 2: The participant's name will become a text field you can edit. After making any edits click the "Save" button.

Deleting a participant

To delete a participant, hover over their name and click the delete icon, a prompt will show asking are you sure.

Deleting a Participant

This will mark the role as not required for this specific stage. However, this role may be included at a subsequent stage. For example, there would not be a Contract Administrator at Stage 0, but this role will probably exist at Stage 5.
